Required documents

Foreigners who apply to study at the University are obligated to file the following documents:

  • A recruitment form to the Rector of the Warsaw Management University,
  • Polish Matura certificate or a legalised (or with apostille) certificate or another document issued abroad entitling to apply for studies at the universities of any type in a country, where there is an institution issuing certificates approved in accordance with the principles of the validation of foreign studies and certificates issued either abroad or on the basis of an international act and equivalent to the Polish Matura certificate,
  • In the case of MA studies – apart from the Matura certificate, a diploma of graduating from the BA studies in Poland  a legalised (or with apostille) certificate or another document issued abroad entitling to apply for studies at the universities of any type in a country, where there is an institution issuing certificates approved in accordance with the principles of the validation of foreign studies and certificates issued either abroad or on the basis of an international act and equivalent to the Polish Matura certificate,
  • a document proving their good health condition, a doctor note that shows no contraindications to study a selected faculty,
  • an insurance policy for sickness or accident insurance for the time of studying in Poland or the European Health Insurance Card or are insured in the National Health Fund immediately after starting the studies,
  • four photographies 35x45 mm (half profile, left ear uncovered),
  • proof of issuing a joining fee of 200 euro (program a joining fee 0 euro) and tuition fee for the 1st semester of studies and presenting proof of payment while filing documents in the Recruitment Office,
  • passport and visa or the residence card or another document that entitles to the residence in Poland – in the case of foreigners from outside the EU, Switzerland or member states of EFTA,
  • confirmation of residence or registration (must be filed in the Recruitment Office) after getting a proper visa, not later than the first classes),
  • a document confirming the knowledge of Polish that enables candidates to study in Polish (*)

 

Documents in foreign languages must have a Polish certified translation.
